Text Box: In our own lives, each of us was touched by someone—other than our parents—who broadened our horizons and brought a little magic into our lives. By becoming a Big Brother or Big Sister, you can do the same for a child. And you will both be forever changed by the experience.   Our Little Brothers and Little Sisters are regular kids. They like video games, riding their bikes, and watching cartoons. Since many of them are from single-parent households, they just need an additional adult in their lives – someone to try new things with; someone who’ll help them discover new possibilities; someone who cares; someone who can be their friend. Without a Big Brother or Sister, these children are more likely to “slip through the cracks” and head in the wrong direction.   There are many ways to get involved with BBBS. Find the program or opportunity that best fits your schedule and interests. If you’re ready to get started fill out an application and send it in today.
